How long will this take to improve my rankings or Pagerank?

In general it will take around 3-6 weeks for Google and the other search engines to completely crawl all of these link pages. Most of our clients find their best success in the 2nd and 3rd months of keeping the same link selections active. Also the longer the links are kept active the more weight and importance they carry in the eyes of the search engines.

As for PageRank please keep in mind that Google only update this information about 4 times per year. There are no set dates or timetable, this is only an estimate. So your links would need to remain active for at least 3 months to see any increase in Pagerank. Also the primary benefit of these links will be to your search engine rankings rather then the Pagerank of your website.
