What if I have a paypal account but it cannot receive funds?

Unfortunately a valid paypal account that can receive funds is required for all Publisher payouts. Unfortunately some paypal accounts in foreign countries (like Russia and Ukraine) can only send money and not receive. Sadly we cannot do anything to change this fact. All we can recommend is that you use a friends paypal account to receive funds from us instead. However we dont get involved in any disputes that may result between you and your friend whose paypal account is being used.
