Getting Started as a BackLinks.com Advertiser
The information below will help you begin using your Advertiser account and allow you to begin buying text links through BackLinks.com.
We offer two types of text links:
Standard Link Ads - displays a simple text link of up to 30 charactors .
Content Link Ads - displays a text link with additional surrounding text of up to 120 charactors.
You can use your credits to buy either type of text link but Content links cost double the amount of credits as Standard links. Once you decide the type of text links you want to buy, begin by clicking the "My Standard Link Ads" or "My Content Link Ads" in the left navigation menu of your control panel. Then, click the "add standard link ad" button or "add content link ad" button, depending on which link type you selected from the navigation menu. This will allow you to start adding the link information for the page/site which you want text links to point to. Select the category, enter the title/anchor text and the URL.
Select the "Buy Link Credits" link in your control panel to purchase credits.
Once you have purchased link credits, go back to the "My Standard Link Ads" page. You can begin selecting text links by clicking the button labeled "select links". Here you will be able to browse or search for web pages where you want your text links added. Once you find a web page, click the button labeled "add text link". Continue until you have used your available link credits.
To view your existing text links, click the button labeled "view existing links". To purchase additional credits, click on "Buy More Links" on the left menu of your control panel.
